Cancellation

Amid the ongoing uncertainty of COVID-19, I have modified my cancellation policy to offer greater flexibility to all my clients. I hope this will alleviate any stress and hesitation you have about an upcoming appointment. If you need to reschedule for whatever reason, and especially if you are not feeling well, we understand and request for you to please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. To further support you, there will be no penalties for cancellations within 6 hours of your appointment this time.

Tardiness

Appointment times are as scheduled and cannot extend beyond the stated time to accommodate late arrivals. Please be on time to your appointment.

COVID Safety Measures

Here is a list of precautions I am taking for my clients:

– All residents in my building, and my clients must wear masks in all common areas including hallways and elevators.

– Both client and practitioner will wear masks during the treatment session. 

– I am allowing a minimum of 45 minutes between clients to air out the room and sterilize all doorknobs, light switches, the table, bathroom and any other commonly touched areas. 

-I have a brand new HEPA filter and air purifier that has been wonderful. It will be on during all sessions.

– I have individual hand towels and new table blankets that are washed after each use. As always, sheets and pillowcases are changed after each session. As always my hands will be washed before every client. I will be using hand sanitizer throughout the session when needed.

– I have shortened my cancellation fee from 24 hours to 6 hours to discourage anyone coming in who does not feel well. I expect clients to notify me if they are not feeling well and I vow to do likewise.

– I have a new cleanable massage cover that will go over the table’s heating pad so that it can be cleaned after each session. The sheet(s) will go on top of the washed cover

– Hand sanitizer will always be available.

– I will no longer be using eye pillows until I can find washable covers. 

– I will no longer be offering any kind of oil or CBD balm that is not in a pump dispenser. This is to avoid any cross-contamination in products.

– I attest that I have not been out of the San Francisco since March of this year and I have worn masks whenever I have been in public since early June

Here is a list of safety precautions I am asking from my clients:

– You must wear a mask at all times during the session, and when entering and exiting the building.

– If you have traveled by air train or bus, or attended any function with over 10 people, you must wait 14 days after their travel to book an appointment.

– If you do not feel well on the day of the appointment, please let me know and I will reschedule at not additional cost.
